We are looking for a Practice Integration Specialist – Acquisitions to join the Practice Integration Team at a growing, technology-focused Dental Services Organization (DSO) experiencing exciting direct-to-consumer, de novo, and acquisition growth. This role will focus on providing training, support, and guidance as the subject matter expert for all operational processes. What You Will Be Doing Train new practice teams on Sage Dental processes and systems. Facilitate and implement training to help clinics maximize their financial and operational results, office workflow improvements, and systems. Organize a training curriculum that honors company ethics and conduct that is engaging and allows trainees the maximum opportunity to participate. Provide onsite and remote clinic support throughout assignment, pre & post-close through systems conversion, practice stabilization, and hand-off to DMO. Actively participate in assessing and creating a comprehensive onboarding and integration plan for joining practices. Complete documentation to demonstrate achievement of integration objectives and notable aspects of practice transition. Maintain a directory and inventory of training materials, ensure all resources are current and accurate and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed. Act as a resource, representative, and mentor for others to assist in the understanding of the new policies and operations processes. Ability to build strong relationships with multiple teams. Interact and communicate with a varied spectrum of individuals and maintain a positive and professional demeanor in challenging situations. Travel to assigned locations, with overnight stays as needed. Other projects and initiatives as needed to promote the needs of the organization to support business growth and development. What you need to be successful Associates Degree, certification, Dental related experience. Administrative experience within a dental office, three years + preferred. If a Dental assistant: Expanded functions certificate or at least three years of dental clinical experience. Knowledge of Dentrix, SoftDent, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, others a plus. Knowledge of front office operations, dental materials, expanded functions, sterilization and infection control, skills in equipment maintenance. Comfortable with public speaking in various learning settings, both in-person and remote. Ability to create and present complex information to a variety of audiences. Close attention to detail and organization in all aspects of your work. Must be able to demonstrate leadership by serving as an example to others regarding professional behavior, handling multiple tasks, maintaining a positive attitude, and in response to organizational change. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be able to learn new software quickly. Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team. Ability to use time productively and contribute to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectiveness. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.
