Alejandro Rigg, DMD

Dr. Alejandro Rigg is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist who is passionate about his profession. He holds two dental degrees: a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, earned in 2015, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Panama School of Dentistry, where he graduated with the third-highest GPA in 1994.

Dr. Rigg’s dedication to dentistry stems from a lifelong passion for helping people maintain their dental health and achieve brighter smiles. His approach is centered on building long-term relationships with his patients, ensuring that each individual receives personalized and exceptional care. He specializes in general and cosmetic dentistry, offering various services, including preventive care, restorations, root canals, crowns and bridges, porcelain veneers, dental implant restorations, and orthodontic services.

Dr. Rigg is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Georgia Dental Association (GDA). In addition to his professional work, he is deeply involved in his community, volunteering with several non-profit organizations that provide free dental care to those in need. He also donates his time as an elementary school PTA member, a coach for soccer and basketball, has served as Vice President of his local HOA.

Outside of the office, Dr. Rigg enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children. A devoted tennis player and coach, he shares this passion with his children and plays with them regularly.  He is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse patient population.
