Dr. Sanchez Montero obtained her degree in general dentistry from the esteemed University of Medical Sciences of Cienfuegos, Cuba, in 2006. Following graduation, she pursued specialized training in endodontics, earned a Master's degree in Community Oral Health, published scientific papers, and served as a faculty member at Cienfuegos Medical Sciences University and the International University of Ecuador dental school. Her commitment to education and professional growth culminated in earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2023.

Throughout her educational journey, Dr. Sanchez Montero actively sought opportunities to give back to the community. She volunteered her expertise to provide dental care to children, pregnant individuals, the elderly, and underserved populations.
