David Castellano, DMD

Dr. David L. Castellano is a Tampa native with deep roots in the community. Inspired by his father, who practiced dentistry for 46 years in Hillsborough County's Town N Country area, Dr. Castellano knew from an early age that he wanted to follow in his footsteps. He graduated from Leto High School in 1992, earned his degree from the University of South Florida in 1996, and went on to obtain his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2000.

With 24 years of experience practicing dentistry across the Tampa Bay Area, including Sarasota and Pasco counties, Dr. Castellano most recently served the Westchase community for the past eight years. He is now thrilled to join the Sage Dental Team in New Tampa, where he looks forward to providing quality care using the latest technology.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Castellano and his wife are proud parents of three teenagers, with their eldest beginning at the University of Virginia in the fall of 2024. He enjoys spending his free time attending his children's dance and baseball events, running, exercising, and unwinding with relaxing days at the beach.
