Dr. Haider Aljewari is a periodontist who received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2016. He served as an officer in the US Air Force and held a reserve status while pursuing his education in periodontics residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Aljewari has extensive experience in his field, having served as the Chief of Periodontics at MacDill Air Force from August 2019 to March 2022 and later as an associate periodontist at Shady Grove Periodontal Associates from April to September 2022. He has moved back to Florida and is proud to join the Sage Dental family. Dr. Aljewari enjoys reading, walking, and going to the beach in his free time. He is fluent in both English and Arabic and specializes in periodontics.
