Dr. Gulafroz Alwani graduated from the Fatima Jinnah Dental College (FJDC) in Karachi, Pakistan, in 1998, and Nova South Eastern University in 2004. She has been practicing for 16 years and has professional memberships with the Florida Dental Association and the American Dental Association Dr. Alwani loves dentistry and chose it for her profession because she enjoys helping patients get the healthy, beautiful smile they deserve. She knows that sometimes it only takes a minor tweak to significantly impact a patient's smile. She has a heart for service and looks forward to times when she can offer complimentary dental treatment to patients in her community. When not practicing dentistry, she adores listening to music, playing throwball, and spending time with her three children. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu.

Dr. Peter Azer, DDS, is a highly qualified and experienced dentist serving the Avalon Park community. He received his dental degree from Ain Shams School of Dentistry in 2007 and completed an advanced education residency at NYU. In addition, he has served as faculty and clinical faculty at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. As a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and West Coast Dental Association, Dr. Azer stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry. He is also committed to serving his community through participation in health fairs and charity dental clinics. Dr. Azer enjoys traveling with his wife and fishing in his free time. His ultimate goal is to make his patients feel confident and happy with their teeth, which improves their overall well-being and quality of life. He is fluent in English, Arabic, and conversational in Spanish.

Dr. Juan Valencia is a highly skilled periodontist with a passion for providing exceptional dental care. Originally from Cali, Colombia, he moved to Puerto Rico with his family at the age of thirteen. Driven by his dedication to dentistry, he completed his high school education in Puerto Rico and pursued his undergraduate and dental studies at the prestigious University of Puerto Rico. In 2018, Dr. Valencia graduated as a dentist and embarked on a new chapter in Wisconsin, where he participated in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at Marquette School of Dentistry. During this intensive program, he honed his skills and gained valuable experience in various aspects of dentistry. After completing the AEGD program, Dr. Valencia worked as a general dentist in Madison, Wisconsin, for a year. However, his passion for providing specialized care led him to pursue a career in periodontology. Following his ambition, he was fortunate enough to be accepted into Marquette's prestigious three-year Periodontics program. Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Valencia has a deep love for sports. "Futbol" (soccer) holds a special place in his heart, but he also enjoys basketball and football. In his leisure time, he can be found dancing merengue and salsa, showcasing his vibrant personality and love for Latin culture. During the summer, he delights in grilling Puerto Rican "pinchos" (skewers), creating memorable moments with family and friends. Dr. Juan Valencia is thrilled to be a part of the Sage Dental family, where he can combine his expertise and passion to provide exceptional periodontal care to his patients. His warm demeanor and commitment to excellence make him a trusted professional dedicated to improving the oral health and overall well-being of those he serves.

Dr. Zach Reynolds is a native of the Tampa Bay area who returned to his home state of Florida in 2019 as a traveling endodontist. He received his Bachelor's degree in psychology from Sewanee: The University of the South before earning a Master's degree in psychology from Wake Forest University. While contemplating the next step in his academic and career journey, Dr. Reynolds realized his passion for dentistry after shadowing his family dentist and witnessing the life-changing impact that dentistry can have on patients. After graduating from dental school and receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2017 from The University of Southern California, Dr. Reynolds pursued further training to become a root canal specialist. He received his Certificate in Endodontics from Texas A&M University in 2019. Since October 2019, Dr. Reynolds has worked as a full-time traveling endodontist, alleviating tooth pain at dental offices across Central Florida. When Dr. Reynolds isn't working, he enjoys time with his high school sweetheart wife Abigail, his two children, and his dog Milo. He enjoys reading, traveling, volunteering at his children's school, and playing guitar.
