Dr. Serge Moldavsky, DMD, has a rich background in dentistry, rooted in a commitment to excellence and continued learning. In 1978, he immigrated with his family from Odessa, Ukraine, to Cleveland, Ohio, where his journey in dentistry began. Dr. Moldavsky earned his degree from UMDNJ in 1996 and has since amassed over 24 years of experience in private practice. His dedication to staying at the forefront of dental techniques is evident in his belief in continuing education. Dr. Moldavsky completed a full-year residency at University Hospital in Newark, NJ, enhancing his skills and knowledge in dentistry. Furthering his expertise, Dr. Moldavsky completed a full-year residency at UMDNJ, focusing on implant placement and restoration. His commitment to education extends to teaching, as he served as an adjunct professor at NYU dental school. Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Moldavsky enjoys staying active, mainly through tennis and pickleball. His comprehensive approach to dentistry allows him to address various dental needs, from small restorations to complex cosmetic transformations. For over 24 years, Dr. Moldavsky owned a successful private practice in Morristown, NJ, where he provided exceptional patient care. His wealth of experience and dedication to his craft make him a trusted professional in the field of dentistry.

Dr. Jeffrey Ingalls is a distinguished board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with a remarkable military career spanning over a decade. His service includes a deployment to Afghanistan, where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his exceptional contributions. Dr. Ingalls served as the officer in charge at his clinic and the surgical chief for the oral and maxillofacial surgery department. He also served as an assistant professor at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, instructing residents at Martin Army Community Hospital at Ft. Moore (Benning), GA. Recently promoted to Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Ingalls received the distinguished Meritorious Service Medal for his service in the United States Army. Born in Montgomery, Alabama, and raised in Kennesaw, Georgia, Dr. Ingalls graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Georgia. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed his advanced general dentistry (AEGD) education at Ft. Moore, GA. Dr. Ingalls pursued his passion for oral surgery at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD, where he completed his residency and served as chief resident. Dr. Ingalls is an expert in oral and maxillofacial surgery, focusing on facial reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, trauma, TMJ disorders, pathology, dental implants, and pediatric surgery. He has also worked in a specialized practice in Atlanta, Georgia, focusing on pediatric surgery and sedation. Dr. Ingalls is an active member of the American Dental Association, a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. When not working or teaching, Dr. Ingalls enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their three children. He is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying activities on the water, fishing, and attending sporting events. Dr. Ingalls is dedicated to providing the highest quality care to his patients and remains committed to staying updated with the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
