Dr. Isioma Anizor is a highly experienced and dedicated dentist who has been serving patients for over 20 years. Born in Nigeria and raised in Canada, Dr. Anizor obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1996. She then pursued her passion for dentistry and graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2000. Throughout her career, Dr. Anizor has continuously strived to improve her clinical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry. Her commitment to continuing education has earned her the distinguished honor of being a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). This distinction is only held by about 6% of practicing dentists in Canada and the United States. It is a testament to Dr. Anizor's dedication to providing her patients with the highest level of care. Aside from her dental practice, Dr. Anizor also holds a Master of Public Health degree from Mercer University in Atlanta. She is committed to promoting oral health education and awareness in her community and is actively involved in various outreach programs. Dr. Anizor is a proud mother of two beautiful daughters and enjoys spending her free time traveling the world with her family. Introducing Dr. Adam Merriam, a highly accomplished Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with a passion for delivering exceptional care and a dedication to continuous learning and innovation. Dr. Merriam's educational journey began at NYU College of Dentistry, where he graduated from Dental School in 2008. He then honed his skills and knowledge through a General Practice Residency at North Shore University Hospital in 2009, followed by an intensive Oral and Maxillofacial Residency at Montefiore Medical Center, which he completed in 2014. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Merriam has earned a reputation as a skilled Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. His expertise encompasses dental implants and bone reconstructive surgery, with a keen focus on incorporating the latest advancements in his practice. Dr. Merriam's commitment to excellence and staying at the forefront of his field is evident through his active membership in professional organizations, including AAMOS, the ADA (American Dental Association), and the Georgia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. His dedication to his craft extends to his active participation in dental research and his commitment to ongoing education. He attends over 100 hours of continuing dental and medical education annually. Outside the operating room and lecture halls, Dr. Merriam enjoys pursuing his passions. He finds exhilaration on the slopes while skiing, immerses himself in the vibrant world of live music, and cherishes quality time spent with his loving wife and two children.
