Dr. Sarah Mathew is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist based in Lake Mary, Florida. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from a reputable dental school and has been practicing dentistry for several years. Throughout her career, Dr. Mathew has been dedicated to providing her patients with the highest level of care. She takes a patient-centered approach, working closely with each patient to understand their needs and goals. Dr. Mobeen Alvi, a native of Maryland, attended the University of Maryland, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Science in Molecular Biology. In 2015, he went onto receive his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, the world’s first dental school. After practicing General & Cosmetic Dentistry for a number of years, he returned to academia to pursue his passion for endodontics. He received his Speciality Certificate in Endodontics from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Alvi holds memberships in the American Dental Association (ADA), Florida Dental Association (FDA) and the American Association of Endodontists (AAE). Dr. Alvi is married to his beautiful wife of 10 years, and they have two young boys together. Outside of the practice, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and basketball and date nights whenever possible!

Dr. Jorge Valle graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2013. He went on to the University of Texas Southwestern Medical school, graduating in 2016 and completing his general surgery internship in 2017. Dr. del Valle completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency in 2019. Dr. Valle is bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish. He’s also a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. When he isn’t practicing dentistry, Dr. Valle loves to tackle DIY projects, watch movies and travel.

Dr. Rafik Dib is a board-certified periodontist who specializes in dental implants, esthetics and regenerative periodontics. He has a unique medical background by being both a periodontist with strong oral surgery training and a pharmacist. In 2010, Dr. Dib graduated from Xavier University, New Orleans, LA with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) degree summa cum laude. In 2014, Dr. Dib graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) School of Dentistry at the top of his class with a Doctor of Dentistry (DDS) degree. Following graduation, he completed a master’s degree in LSU periodontics residency in 2017 and has conducted his master’s degree thesis in treating aggressive periodontitis patients with the most cutting-edge technology available (biologic growth factors). Seeking exceptionalism, Dr. Dib continues to attend annual meetings in implant dentistry and soft and hard tissue grafting (gum and bone grafting) for the most up-to-date treatment modalities. He speaks three languages, including English, French and Arabic, which allows for smoother communication when treating international patients. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He also enjoys going to the beach, working out and traveling.

Dr. Neil De Peralto is a proud graduate of an Ivy League Dental School, the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated in 2001 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Driven by the pursuit of offering the most advanced dental treatments, he went on to study orthodontics at Howard University, graduating in 2006 with an orthodontic specialty certificate. Dr. De Peralto’s interest in Orthodontics began when he was an orthodontic patient in high school. This experience fueled his passion for pursuing dentistry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to Sage and loves creating beautiful smiles for his patients.

Dr. LaVictoria Green is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist and dental pain specialist based in Orlando, Florida. She received her dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh and has been practicing dentistry for several years. Dr. Green is a valued Sage Dental dentist who believes in helping her patients and enjoys being a dentist. She finds satisfaction in seeing her patients smile with newfound confidence, knowing she has done her best. She believes in listening to each patient and creating a partnership to maintain and improve lifelong health. Dr. Green specializes in various dental procedures, such as general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and pain management. She is known for her expertise in relieving dental pain and discomfort and providing effective solutions to dental problems. Dr. Green is a member of the American Dental Association and regularly attends continuing education courses to stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry. She is passionate about providing her patients the highest level of care and is dedicated to helping them achieve optimal oral health and beautiful smiles. In her free time, Dr. Green enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Juan Valencia is a highly skilled periodontist with a passion for providing exceptional dental care. Originally from Cali, Colombia, he moved to Puerto Rico with his family at the age of thirteen. Driven by his dedication to dentistry, he completed his high school education in Puerto Rico and pursued his undergraduate and dental studies at the prestigious University of Puerto Rico. In 2018, Dr. Valencia graduated as a dentist and embarked on a new chapter in Wisconsin, where he participated in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at Marquette School of Dentistry. During this intensive program, he honed his skills and gained valuable experience in various aspects of dentistry. After completing the AEGD program, Dr. Valencia worked as a general dentist in Madison, Wisconsin, for a year. However, his passion for providing specialized care led him to pursue a career in periodontology. Following his ambition, he was fortunate enough to be accepted into Marquette's prestigious three-year Periodontics program. Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Valencia has a deep love for sports. "Futbol" (soccer) holds a special place in his heart, but he also enjoys basketball and football. In his leisure time, he can be found dancing merengue and salsa, showcasing his vibrant personality and love for Latin culture. During the summer, he delights in grilling Puerto Rican "pinchos" (skewers), creating memorable moments with family and friends. Dr. Juan Valencia is thrilled to be a part of the Sage Dental family, where he can combine his expertise and passion to provide exceptional periodontal care to his patients.
