Dr. Christine Monir attended Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2021. She pursued a career in dentistry because of her passion for medicine and a desire to serve her community by providing comprehensive, gentle patient care. She enjoys dentistry because it allows her to expand her artistic skills by creating healthy and beautiful smiles. Dr. Monir has practiced in other Florida dental offices and brings a wealth of experience, passion, and commitment to Sage Dental patients.

Dr. Neil De Peralto is a proud graduate of an Ivy League Dental School, the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated in 2001 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Driven by the pursuit of offering the most advanced dental treatments, he went on to study orthodontics at Howard University, graduating in 2006 with an orthodontic specialty certificate. Dr. De Peralto’s interest in Orthodontics began when he was an orthodontic patient in high school. This experience fueled his passion for pursuing dentistry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to Sage and loves creating beautiful smiles for his patients.

Dr. Gregory Urfrig was raised in Los Angeles, CA, but pursued his education on the East Coast. He completed an accelerated 7-year program at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where he obtained his Bachelor's in Biology and Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees. At Penn, he distinguished himself by serving as class president throughout his dental school years. Following his undergraduate and dental education, Dr. Urfrig moved to New York to undertake his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training. He completed his intern year at St. Vincent Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens, followed by a residency at Kings County Hospital Center/SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn in 2006. Subsequently, he pursued an advanced fellowship in Maxillofacial Surgery at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Urfrig's extensive training has provided him with comprehensive experience in various aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including dental implants, bone grafting, IV anesthesia, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma, pathology, and dental extractions. He is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) and is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS). With a particular interest in Anesthesia, Dr. Urfrig pursued additional certification, becoming a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology (NDBA) and a fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology (ADSA).

Dr. Haider Aljewari is a periodontist who received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2016. He served as an officer in the US Air Force and held a reserve status while pursuing his education in periodontics residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Aljewari has extensive experience in his field, having served as the Chief of Periodontics at MacDill Air Force from August 2019 to March 2022 and later as an associate periodontist at Shady Grove Periodontal Associates from April to September 2022. He has moved back to Florida and is proud to join the Sage Dental family. Dr. Aljewari enjoys reading, walking, and going to the beach in his free time. He is fluent in both English and Arabic and specializes in periodontics.
