Dr. Tenille Phang is a talented and highly educated dental professional passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal oral health. She is a 2009 graduate of Howard University College of Dentistry, one of the premier dental schools in the country, where she received a comprehensive education in all aspects of dentistry.

Throughout her time at Howard University College of Dentistry, Dr. Phang excelled in her studies and received recognition for her clinical skills and dedication to patient care. She was active in student organizations and participated in numerous community outreach programs, further solidifying her commitment to providing high-quality dental care to underserved populations.

 She then matriculated to Stonybrook University School of Dental Medicine- 2009-2011- General Practice Resident/Chief resident.  There she trained extensively in dental implantology and providing full mouth rehabilitation to patients for better function as well as esthetics. She continues to take advanced education courses, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in dentistry. She is particularly interested in rebuilding patients smiles and maintaining  healthy mouths.

Dr. Phang is known for her gentle touch and compassionate approach to patient care. She takes the time to understand each patient's individual needs and concerns and is committed to providing the highest quality dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Dr. Phang is active member in the American Dental Association as well as the Florida Dental Association and continues to stay informed on any new advancements in all aspects of dentistry.

Dr. Mobeen Alvi, a native of Maryland, attended the University of Maryland, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Science in Molecular Biology. In 2015, he went onto receive his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, the world’s first dental school. After practicing General & Cosmetic Dentistry for a number of years, he returned to academia to pursue his passion for endodontics. He received his Speciality Certificate in Endodontics from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Alvi holds memberships in the American Dental Association (ADA), Florida Dental Association (FDA) and the American Association of Endodontists (AAE). Dr. Alvi is married to his beautiful wife of 10 years, and they have two young boys together. Outside of the practice, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and basketball and date nights whenever possible!

Dr. Rafik Dib is a board-certified periodontist who specializes in dental implants, esthetics and regenerative periodontics. He has a unique medical background by being both a periodontist with strong oral surgery training and a pharmacist. In 2010, Dr. Dib graduated from Xavier University, New Orleans, LA with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) degree summa cum laude. In 2014, Dr. Dib graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) School of Dentistry at the top of his class with a Doctor of Dentistry (DDS) degree. Following graduation, he completed a master’s degree in LSU periodontics residency in 2017 and has conducted his master’s degree thesis in treating aggressive periodontitis patients with the most cutting-edge technology available (biologic growth factors). Seeking exceptionalism, Dr. Dib continues to attend annual meetings in implant dentistry and soft and hard tissue grafting (gum and bone grafting) for the most up-to-date treatment modalities. He speaks three languages, including English, French and Arabic, which allows for smoother communication when treating international patients. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He also enjoys going to the beach, working out and traveling.

Dr. Spiro John Pantzoulas is a highly skilled and experienced dentist for Sage Dental. He received his dental degree from a reputable dental school and has been practicing dentistry for several years. Dr. Pantzoulas is committed to providing his patients the highest level of care. He takes a patient-centered approach, working closely with each patient to understand their needs and goals. He is passionate about helping his patients achieve optimal oral health and beautiful smiles and is known for his compassionate and caring demeanor. Dr. Pantzoulas is well-versed in various dental procedures such as general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and orthodontics. He also provides teeth cleaning, fillings, crowns, bridges, and dental implants. He is skilled in providing cosmetic dental treatments such as teeth whitening and veneers. In addition to his commitment to patient care, Dr. Pantzoulas is also dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest advances in dental technology and techniques. He is a member of the American Dental Association and regularly attends continuing education courses to ensure that he provides the best possible care to his patients. When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Pantzoulas enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and staying active through running and swimming.

Meet Dr. Hayward, a dedicated dental professional  known for her thorough, calming approach and focus on patient care. With a strong commitment to meeting the community's oral health needs, Dr. Hayward offers a range of services including same-day smiles, IV sedation, and orthodontics to help patients achieve their ideal smile quickly and easily.

Growing up in Orlando, Dr. Hayward developed a strong commitment to meeting the community's oral health needs. She has spent over 1,500 hours advocating for oral health education in her Post-Doctorate Program, showcasing her dedication to making a difference in the lives of others. She has also served as President of the UK College of Dentistry Student National Dental Association and is a member of the Dental Society of Orlando.

In addition to her dental degree, Dr. Hayward holds a Master's in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, making her a well-rounded and business-savvy dental professional. Her undergraduate internship at Children's Home Society was also invaluable in further developing her skills and dedication to patient care.
