Dr. Melanie Scarfone is a highly skilled dentist who earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Connecticut. She then pursued her passion for dentistry at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2015. After graduation, Dr. Scarfone moved to South Florida and has been practicing at Sage Dental ever since. She takes great pride in understanding each patient's unique needs and works tirelessly to help them achieve their oral health goals in a comfortable environment. Her special interest in cosmetic dentistry complements her proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry. Dr. Scarfone is committed to staying up-to-date with her field's latest methods and technological advancements. She firmly believes that the best dental care comes from a combination of advanced techniques and compassionate care. Dr. Scarfone enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons when she's not in the office. Dr. Cara Vota was born and raised in South Florida. She pursued her Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences at Florida State University, graduating Cum Laude in 2019. Driven by her passion for dentistry, she earned her dental degree with honors from Nova Southeastern University in 2024. Dr. Vota is dedicated to enhancing patients' quality of life through her practice. She finds immense satisfaction in educating her patients and providing a wide range of services that include enhancing aesthetics, alleviating pain, restoring function, boosting confidence, and improving overall health. Committed to offering personalized and comprehensive care, Dr. Vota focuses on developing long-lasting relationships with her patients. She believes that understanding each patient's unique needs is essential to delivering the best possible care. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Vota enjoys cooking, kickboxing, traveling, and spending quality time with her two beloved dogs, Romeo and Louie. Her dedication to both her profession and personal interests makes her a well-rounded and compassionate dentist.

Dr. Carter is a cum laude graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences. At UF, he excelled as a student leader. His superior campus and community involvement allowed him to receive the highest student recognition, induction into the UF Student Hall of Fame. He went on to earn his dental degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, on a U.S. Air Force scholarship. He continued to shine as a student leader, serving as the national treasurer for the Student National Dental Association. He also earned multiple awards, including Dean’s Community Service Award and the Delta Dental Student Leader Award. After dental school, Dr. Carter was commissioned as a dental corps officer in the U.S. Air Force and attended an advanced education in general dentistry residency at Keesler Air Force Base. After five years of honorable service, Dr. Carter decided to leave active duty to pursue his passion for endodontics. He received his endodontic training at the Department of Veteran Affairs program in Manhattan, where he operated as chief resident of the entire dental service. He was also adjunct faculty for NYU’s dental school, teaching dental students the art of root canals. After residency, Dr. Carter worked at a thriving endodontic practice in Long Island, NY. During this time, Dr. Carter continued to serve as a major in the New York Air National Guard, where he acted as chief of dental services at the 106th Rescue Wing in Westhampton Beach, NY. After another five years of service in the Air National Guard, which included a six-month deployment to Kuwait, Dr. Carter decided to move back to his childhood home of South Florida. Dr. Carter is board certified endodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He is skilled in a full range of endodontic procedures, and he strives to make every patient feel at ease about root canal treatment. When he is not practicing dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and eating!

Dr. Alex Margolis graduated from the prestigious University of Florida and further pursued his studies at the esteemed University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. His journey continued with medical school at New York University, and he excelled during his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at New York University and Bellevue Hospital Center. Dr. Margolis demonstrated his commitment to serving the less fortunate and our honored veterans at the Manhattan VA hospital throughout his residency. As a proud member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association, he remains dedicated to staying at the forefront of his field. Dr. Margolis takes pride in maintaining multiple certifications, including Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support. He is particularly passionate about various aspects of oral surgery, such as dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, benign pathology removal, facial trauma care, and providing general anesthesia to ensure his patients' utmost comfort. What sets Dr. Margolis apart is his exceptional medical expertise and his empathetic and caring nature. He genuinely strives to alleviate his patients' pain and anxiety. Even under the most challenging circumstances, he remains composed, which greatly reassures and comforts his patients. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Margolis enjoys spending quality time with his beloved family. His wife, Cheri, and their two young children, Aviva and Aidan, and their furry companion Niko, bring immense joy to his life. While his love for sports is evident, he also delights in culinary adventures and exploring new places, as evidenced by his impressive 30 cruises.

Navid Baradarian is a highly skilled Periodontist, specializing in periodontics and dental implants, with a career spanning from 2007 to the present. Originating from Roslyn, New York, Dr. Baradarian pursued his undergraduate studies at SUNY Albany. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2002. Following his degree, Dr. Baradarian completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at New York University in 2004. His dedication to the field led him to specialize further, completing his residency in periodontics at Rutgers University in 2007. For 17 years, Dr. Baradarian owned and operated successful practices in Brooklyn and NYC, where he honed his expertise in all aspects of periodontal treatment and innovative ‘all-on-x’ dental implant procedures. His extensive experience and commitment to patient care have made him a respected name in the field. He practices evidence-based dentistry and treats people as individuals based on their needs and presentation of the disease. Recently, Dr. Baradarian relocated to Delray Beach, Florida, where he offers his exceptional skills and compassionate care to the local community. His move marks an exciting new chapter in his career, as he brings his years of experience and advanced periodontal and implant knowledge to South Florida full-time.
