Dr. Ingrid Romero attended Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale in the Farquhar Honors College, majoring in biology and pre-dental. She dreamed of becoming a dentist, just like her father. Through him, she witnessed the art and creativity it took to transform a beautiful smile. After graduating from college, she attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. There, her love for dentistry grew, and she became involved in various organizations promoting oral health. She was awarded the Honos Civicus Recipient for demonstrating an exceptional commitment to community service and civic engagement and the Dr. Frederick A. Romberg D29 Endowed Prize Fund for her outstanding professional growth. Dr. Romero takes pride in providing her patients with a comfortable environment where they receive excellent dental care established with integrity, compassion, and trust. She strives to educate her patients in a way that empowers them to improve their oral health. Dr. Romero has been practicing at the Sage Dental West Delray location for the past five years. She is fluent in Spanish and English and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and trying new foods in her free time.

Dr. Michael E. Newman is a highly qualified and experienced endodontist with 15 years of experience in the field. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and has dedicated his career to specializing in the treatment of diseases and injuries of the tooth pulp and surrounding tissue. Meet Dr. Fernanda Vargas, a Bolivian native whose insatiable thirst for knowledge propelled her on a journey to the United States, where she pursued her lifelong aspiration of becoming a dentist. Driven by her passion, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the prestigious University of Florida, immersing herself in the captivating realm of oral microbiology. Before embarking on her dental career, Dr. Vargas refined her skills as a Microbiologist at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Her unwavering dedication to advancing oral health research steered her towards exploring oral pathology, constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance dental care and overall well-being. Dr. Vargas then attended Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, where she excelled academically and graduated with honors, earning recognition for her unwavering commitment and expertise. In the field of esthetics and rehabilitation, she discovered her true calling, artfully combining scientific knowledge and creative flair to elevate patient masticatory function and overall health.
