Dr. Ayleen Cirion graduated as a General Dentist from the University of Medical Sciences in Havana, Cuba, in 2008. She completed two years of Advanced Education in General Dentistry at NOVA Southeastern University in 2019. She completed continuing education programs in the Mastership on Dental Emergencies, First Degree Specialist in General Dentistry, and Live Implant Training in Nicaragua. Dr. Cirion's passion for helping people through dentistry includes ongoing participation in international mission trips in 2012, 2017, and 2019 in South and Central America. She plans many more mission trips to help people and share her love of dentistry with the world. Dr. Cirion is a member of many notable dental associations, including the American and Florida Dental Associations, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Cirion loves to enjoy the beauty of nature, riding her bike on the beach, swimming in the river, and watching the sunset. She loves spending time with her family and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Dr. Ron Schram graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2018 and completed a residency in advanced general dentistry at NYU Langone in 2019. As a general dentist, Dr. Schram enjoys all aspects of dentistry. However, he is most passionate about cosmetic and implant dentistry. He is a Invisalign and Clear Correct provider. Dr. Schram was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is a Clemson Tigers alumnus. Before moving to Miami, Dr. Schram practiced dentistry for several years in Tampa Bay. When he isn’t treating patients, you can find Dr. Schram working out at the gym, playing sports, or hanging out at the beach. He also enjoys spending time with his Siberian Husky.

Dr. Andrew Demos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Following college, Dr. Demos attended dental school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. During this time, he realized his passion and love for the specialty of Orthodontics. While in school, Dr. Demos received several honors, including the Clinical Excellence Award in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry and the Divisional Excellence Award in Behavioral Science and Oral Biology. After dental school, Dr. Demos completed his orthodontic residency at Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics. Dr. Demos prides himself on being highly skilled in all areas of Orthodontics, and his fondness for his chosen profession is matched only by the quality of his work. In addition to Orthodontics, Dr. Demos is well known for his care and compassion toward his patients.

Dr. Joel Rosenfeld is a highly accomplished Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon based in Hollywood, Florida, renowned for his clinical expertise and scholarly contributions to the field. With a career marked by dedication and excellence, Dr. Rosenfeld has trained at some of the most prestigious institutions in the country, building a reputation as a skilled surgeon and educator. Dr. Rosenfeld completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, where he served as Chief Resident, overseeing a range of complex surgical cases. His journey in this specialty began after an intensive General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital/Bronx VA and Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center. He also completed a Non-Categorical Internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, which solidified his extensive experience in the field. Dr. Rosenfeld earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Yeshiva University. His academic background, combined with his hands-on surgical training, has equipped him to provide the highest standard of care to his patients. Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Rosenfeld is a respected author, contributing to several key publications in the field. He has co-authored chapters in widely recognized textbooks, including Complications in Dental and Oral Surgery and Clinical Pharmacology for the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. His research has been presented at major conferences, such as the International Conference on Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Vancouver and the Greater Long Island Dental Meeting, where he has shared innovative case studies and treatment approaches. Dr. Rosenfeld's commitment to advancing the field is further demonstrated by the recognition he has received through awards and research grants, including support from the OsteoScience Foundation. He has actively participated in major events hosted by the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS) and the International Conference on Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ICOMS), reflecting his ongoing engagement with the latest developments in his specialty.

Dr. Francisco Oliver received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2004 from the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus where he also completed his general practice residency. Dr. Oliver pursued his Advanced Education in General Dentistry (2006) and specialty in periodontics (2009) at Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of several dental associations, including the Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Periodontology, American Dentistry Academy and Florida Dental Academy. He is also bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. Dr. Oliver enjoys mountain biking, running and fishing in his spare time, but most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids and three dogs.
