Dr. Gabriela Romero was born and raised in Venezuela, where she initially attended dental school at La Universidad del Zulia (LUZ). She graduated in 2008 and practiced general dentistry for one year before deciding to pursue a master’s degree in orthodontics and a specialty in pedagogy in Panama for three years. She returned to Venezuela and practiced as an orthodontist for one year. Dr. Romero won the green card lottery visa, which brought her to the United States. She started dental school again at the University of Minnesota for two and a half years to obtain her dental license in the US. In her free time, Dr. Romero likes to read books and exercise by jogging or weightlifting. She also enjoys watching movies and spending quality time with family and friends. Dr. Romero loves practicing dentistry because she loves being able to transform a problem into a solution, help patients get healthy and contribute to their wellbeing.

Meet Dr. Tiara Lewis, a warm and caring dentist passionate about providing top-notch dental care. She graduated from Meharry Medical College in 2019 and completed her residency at an AEGD program in Springfield, Missouri. Dr. Lewis is committed to keeping up-to-date with the latest advances in the field to offer her patients the best possible care. When she's not practicing dentistry, Dr. Lewis enjoys spending time with her husband and stepdaughter. They love cooking, traveling, and trying out new restaurants. Tiara also likes to give back to her community and is actively involved in volunteering at free dental day events like Missions of Mercy. On weekends, she serves in the preschool ministry at her church. Dr. Lewis has known she wanted to be a dentist since she was a child, inspired by her love of seeing people smile and feel confident. She is dedicated to educating her patients on how to maintain their healthy and bright smiles. Dr. Lauren Lockhart earned her undergraduate degree at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She went on to study dentistry at the Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Lockhart performed her Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics residency at Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida. After completing her residency, Dr. Lockhart returned to her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, to practice orthodontics for four years before moving to Tampa, Florida, in 2012, and has been a Floridian ever since. Dr. Lockhart is an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontics, and the Florida Association of Orthodontics.

Dr. Maria A. Giron Cerrato has been practicing dentistry for 19 years. Originally from Honduras, she earned her Doctor in Dental Surgery degree from the Autonomous National University in 2003. Following graduation, she spent her early career treating patients at her father's private practice in Tegucigalpa. Dr. Giron Cerrato obtained her Doctor in Dental Medicine degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Temple University. She then completed specialty training in Endodontics at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia in 2016, with an award from the American Association of Endodontists for the presentation of her research project. Dr. Giron Cerrato attended New York University for advanced comprehensive dentistry and endodontics training. She also holds an MBA in Human Resources from Goldey Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware. Dr. Giron Cerrato enjoys volunteering in local and international health missions and traveling to remote parts of the globe to serve the impoverished. Dr. Giron Cerrato's goal is to provide patients with compassion, kindness, and quality dental treatment. Dr. Giron Cerrato enjoys exploring nature and spending time with her two young kids and husband, and she is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dental education has been at the core of Dr. Sixto Cornejo Zavala's journey, and his pursuit of excellence has led him on a path that spans two continents. A native of Ecuador, he embarked on his dental education at the Catholic University of Guayaquil, graduating in June 2016. Determined to broaden his horizons and deepen his knowledge, Dr. Zavala made a significant move to the United States, specifically to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Here, he embarked on a specialized journey in Periodontics at the esteemed University of Pennsylvania, commencing on July 5th, 2017, and successfully completing his program on June 30th, 2020. Extraordinary challenges marked this period as the world grappled with the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating Dr. Zavala's resilience and determination in the face of adversity. After conquering the field of Periodontics, Dr. Zavala's pursuit of dental excellence continued. He ventured to upstate New York, particularly to Rochester, where he pursued an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. This comprehensive program, which took place from July 1st, 2020, to June 30th, 2022, further enhanced his skill set and versatility in dentistry. Dr. Zavala's dedication extends beyond his professional journey. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling him to connect with a diverse range of patients and serve their dental needs effectively. His bilingual proficiency promotes effective communication and fosters a sense of inclusivity in his practice.
