Meet Dr. Lindsay Perkins, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, and a proud graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. After falling in love with the Gainesville community, Dr. Perkins decided to stay and pursue her dental degree at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. She has been practicing dentistry for over seven years, focusing on providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. As a general dentist, Dr. Perkins is skilled in a wide range of dental treatments, including preventative care, simple restorations, crown and bridge work, and cosmetic procedures. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. When she's not at the office, Dr. Perkins enjoys staying active by working out and running. She also loves to travel and has explored many parts of the United States, but she is excited to use her passport to visit new and exciting destinations in the future. In her personal life, Dr. Perkins is happily married with two step-children and a newborn baby girl. She is thrilled to be a part of the Fort Lauderdale community and looks forward to serving her patients' dental needs.

Dr. Jorge Piñero is a distinguished dentist with an illustrious career spanning over four decades. He graduated from Marquette University in 1983 and has since become a respected member of multiple nationally and internationally dental associations. Dr. Piñero is renowned for his expertise in esthetic dentistry and has been recognized as one of Dentistry Today's Top 50 Dental Lecturers from 1993 to 2003. In 2001, he was honored with the Kerr Roundtable of Esthetics Best Esthetic Dentist award. Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Piñero has dedicated much of his time to charitable work, particularly in Zimbabwe, Zambia, and South Africa, from 1983 to 1999. His commitment to education is evident in his role as a Marquette University School of Dentistry and The Midwest Institute of Dental Esthetics professor. Recently retired from his private practice in Milwaukee and Racine, Wisconsin, Dr. Piñero joins Sage Dental, having left a legacy of excellence and compassion in dentistry. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he has touched the lives of countless patients and students throughout his career.

Dr. Linda Shahin is a recent graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, having earned her degree in May 2024. With a strong commitment to helping others achieve optimal oral health, Dr. Shahin is passionate about combining her artistic talents with her love of science to create beautiful smiles and enhance overall well-being. Her dedication to dentistry was profoundly reinforced during a mission trip to Tennessee, where she saw firsthand the transformative impact that dental care can have on individuals' lives. As an active member of various dental organizations, including the Nova Southeastern Yoga Club, Cosmetic Club, and Research Club, Dr. Shahin is dedicated to continually expanding her knowledge and skills in the field. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys engaging in creative activities such as drawing, practicing yoga, cooking, and running. Dr. Shahin is fluent in English, Aramaic, and Greek, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of patients.

Dr. Khalid Aldorri enjoys working in the dental field because it allows him to improve patients' smiles and health, helping them to be happy and more confident. As a general dentist, he prides himself on providing the highest quality care to his patients while staying up-to-date with the latest dental technology. Dr. Aldorri received his first dental degree in 2001 at the University of Baghdad, College of Dentistry. After that, he received his second Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NOVA Southeastern University School of Dentistry in 2017. Dr. Aldorri's goal is to create trusting relationships with patients so that he understands their needs, can address any questions and concerns, and then guide them through their treatment. Educating his patients is also very important; he likes to ensure they understand their treatment and why it will improve their lives. He ensures all patients receive high-quality dental care and treats each patient like his family. In his spare time, Dr. Aldorri enjoys spending quality time with my family, watching a good movie, reading, and going to the beach. He is fluent in English and Arabic.

Dr. Scott Spencer graduated from Nova Southeastern University with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Upon graduation, he moved to western Pennsylvania to complete his orthodontic residency at Seton Hill University. There, he earned a certificate in Dentofacial Orthopedics and a Master of Science in Orthodontics. Dr. Spencer also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Turfgrass Science from the University of Florida, which continues to fuel his interest in horticulture. Dr. Spencer is a member of the America Association of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Southern Association of Orthodontics. Dr. Spencer is also board-eligible, having passed the American Board of Orthodontics written exam. A native Floridian, Dr. Spencer is happy to practice close to his hometown, Boynton Beach. He lives nearby with his wife, Heather, and their two boys, Cam and Blake. He enjoys coaching youth soccer and youth baseball. Dr. Spencer likes to fish and relax with his family in his spare time.

Dr. Urgiles is a passionate and dedicated pediatric dentist committed to providing exceptional dental care to children and ensuring their dental experiences are positive. Dr. Urgiles is a South Florida native earning her Bachelors in Chemistry from Florida International Univesity. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University and completed her speciality in pediatric dentistry at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. This intensive program equipped her with the knowledge and skills to address the dental health needs of infants, children, adolescents and the special healthcare need population. As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Urgiles firmly believes in making dentistry a fun and approachable experience for children and their families. She empowers young patients by involving them in their dental treatment decisions. She recognizes that children have a voice and that their comfort and preferences should be respected. When not at the clinic, Dr. Urgiles enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring outdoor activities, and spending time at the beach. She believes that creating a positive and enjoyable environment extends beyond the dental office, and she encourages children to maintain healthy oral habits at home.

Introducing Dr. Doris Basali, a distinguished endodontist making a significant impact in the vibrant landscape of south Florida's dental care. With a dedicated focus on endodontics, Dr. Basali's expertise encompasses the intricate realm of root canals, retreatments, and a comprehensive range of endodontic procedures on all teeth. Hailing from the Cleveland, Ohio area, her journey into dentistry began at New York University College of Dentistry, where she earned her dental degree in 2016. Driven by a commitment to excellence, Dr. Basali's postgraduate journey was marked by a General Practice Residency at The Ohio State University. Building on this foundation, she pursued advanced training with an Endodontics Residency and Master's in Oral Sciences at the prestigious University of Illinois in Chicago. Having honed her skills, Dr. Basali has left her mark in both Chicago and New York City, contributing her expertise to private dental practices. Dr. Akiva Lautman is a dedicated dental professional born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from NOVA Southeastern University in 2022. During his final year, he was honored to be accepted into NOVA's prestigious Postgraduate Endodontics Program. The past six years of advanced education have been incredibly enriching, keeping him at the forefront of the latest dental literature and technology developments. Dr. Lautman is thrilled to advance his career as an Endodontist and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Lautman is an enthusiastic sports fan despite the occasional challenges of supporting Cleveland teams. He enjoys playing basketball, tennis, piano, guitar, and snowboarding. Most importantly, he cherishes spending quality time with his wife, son, and dog. Dr. Lautman is a proud member of several study clubs, the American Association of Endodontists, the Florida Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. Dr. Paul Seider is a highly qualified and skilled oral surgeon practicing in the Fort Lauderdale area. He received his dental education at the prestigious Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, where he excelled academically and gained extensive training in a variety of dental specialties. Prior to that, Dr. Seider completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Following his graduation from Dental School, Dr. Seider completed an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery internship at the world renowned Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. He then completed a 4 year Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City where he was trained in the full scope of oral & maxillofacial surgery.
