Dr. Victor Chan spent his formative years in Winter Springs, a suburb of Orlando, where he developed a love for entertaining others. During his college years at the University of Florida, he met his wife Stephanie while working as tour guides for the university, fostering a deep affinity for the school's colors, orange and blue. Dr. Chan continued his education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he served as Class President and led dental mission trips to the Dominican Republic. After earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine, Dr. Chan pursued further specialization in orthodontics, obtaining his Master's degree from one of the top orthodontic residency programs in the US at Virginia Commonwealth University or Medical College of Virginia. He and Stephanie then returned to Sarasota, her hometown, to establish their roots. Dr. Chan is dedicated to advancing orthodontic care and has collaborated with the Angle Orthodontist and Journal of Clinical Orthodontics to publish his research comparing discomfort between braces and Invisalign. He specializes in providing exceptional outcomes with Invisalign for patients of all ages. Dr. Chan is committed to staying abreast of technological advancements to offer his patients the most comfortable and efficient care possible. Recognized for his expertise, Dr. Chan has been invited to speak at various meetings of the American Association of Orthodontists to educate dental students and other orthodontists. He is passionate about helping patients make informed decisions to achieve the quality smiles they deserve.
