Dr. Duke Okeke brings a comprehensive approach to family and esthetic dentistry, with clinical experience caring for diverse patient populations. He values combining thoughtful treatment with clear communication and a collaborative approach, helping patients feel informed and supported throughout their care.

Dr. Okeke earned his dental degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has developed clinical experience in implants, surgical extractions, endodontics, and prosthodontics. His experience in both multi-office and private practice settings has given him the opportunity to care for a wide range of patient needs while developing a broad clinical skill set.

Dr. Okeke is a Fellow of Implant Pathway and a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is committed to continuing his education and expanding his clinical skills to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Okeke values lifelong learning, and service to his patients and community.

Dr. Craig Freccero is an endodontist who provides thoughtful, precise care with a focus on patient comfort and clear communication. He understands that endodontic treatment can feel stressful and works to create a calm, supportive experience at every visit. Fluent in English, Italian, Romanian, and Spanish, Dr. Freccero values connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Dr. Freccero earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Yale University, where he also competed in collegiate football and baseball. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. He later completed advanced specialty training in endodontics at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and became board certified in endodontics in 2015.

Dr. Freccero served for 20 years in the U.S. Army Dental Corps, including assignments in Italy, Germany, and Iraq. He held leadership roles as a two-time commander and concluded his military career as the Dental Activity Commander at the United States Military Academy at West Point. He was awarded the Legion of Merit upon his retirement in 2024.

Today, Dr. Freccero practices in Atlanta, Georgia, where he remains committed to delivering careful, evidence-based treatment that supports long-term oral health.

Jay B. Reznick, DMD, MD, is a highly respected, board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with over two decades of clinical, academic, and technological leadership in the field. A Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Reznick is known for his innovative approach to surgical care and his commitment to advancing the profession through education and technology.

Dr. Reznick earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Tufts University, and his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Southern California. He completed a general surgery internship at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena and his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the L.A. County–USC Medical Center.

A pioneer in digital dentistry, Dr. Reznick was among the first in North America to adopt fully-guided, prosthetically driven implant surgery. He was also the first U.S. specialist to integrate CBCT imaging and CAD/CAM technology into daily practice. As the founder of OnlineOralSurgery.com, he has educated thousands of dentists worldwide in oral surgery, implantology, and 3D digital workflows.

Dr. Reznick is a prolific author, frequent lecturer at national and international conferences, and serves as a consultant and advisory board member for several dental and surgical product manufacturers and journals. He directed the Southern California Center for Oral and Facial Surgery in Tarzana, California, for 25 years before joining Sage Dental, where he continues to bring his expertise and passion to patient care.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Reznick is an avid athlete who enjoys skiing, open water swimming, paddleboarding, cycling, and running.
