Dr. Paul Seider is a highly qualified and skilled oral surgeon practicing in the Fort Lauderdale area. He received his dental education at the prestigious Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, where he excelled academically and gained extensive training in a variety of dental specialties. Prior to that, Dr. Seider completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Following his graduation from Dental School, Dr. Seider completed an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery internship at the world renowned Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. He then completed a 4 year Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City where he was trained in the full scope of oral & maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Valeria Cardona hails from the vibrant city of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Her dental journey began at the University of Puerto Rico, where she completed her dental degree. Eager to expand her skills and knowledge, she pursued a residency in general practice at Stony Brook University Hospital. Her commitment to excellence led her to serve as a Chief Resident for her second year, gaining advanced clinical training that set her apart in her field. As a member of esteemed dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and Suffolk County Dental Society, Dr. Cardona remains actively engaged in her profession. She is driven by a passion for helping communities in need and has dedicated her time and expertise to providing dental care on local, national, and international levels. Dr. Andrew Demos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Following college, Dr. Demos attended dental school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. During this time, he realized his passion and love for the specialty of Orthodontics. While in school, Dr. Demos received several honors, including the Clinical Excellence Award in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry and the Divisional Excellence Award in Behavioral Science and Oral Biology. After dental school, Dr. Demos completed his orthodontic residency at Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics. Dr. Demos prides himself on being highly skilled in all areas of Orthodontics, and his fondness for his chosen profession is matched only by the quality of his work. In addition to Orthodontics, Dr. Demos is well known for his care and compassion toward his patients.

Building on this foundation, she pursued advanced training with an Endodontics Residency and Master's in Oral Sciences at the prestigious University of Illinois in Chicago. Having honed her skills, Dr. Basali has left her mark in both Chicago and New York City, contributing her expertise to private dental practices. Dr. Karen Ben-Elazar is a board-certified pediatric dentist born and raised in New Jersey. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in psychology at Rutgers University. During her undergraduate career, Dr. Ben-Elazar presented and published multiple research works through the honors program and graduated Cum Laude. After making South Florida her new home, Dr. Ben-Elazar earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in 2019. Throughout her dental training, Dr. Ben-Elazar has always loved public health, research, and volunteer work to instill good oral health practices in pediatric and adolescent populations. After completing her DMD degree, Dr. Ben-Elazar attended an advanced training residency program at the University of Florida, Naples campus. During her post-doctoral training at UF, Dr. Ben-Elazar focused her practice on establishing a conservative approach to dental care for patients of all ages through evidence-based treatments and patient education for prevention. Through her residency, Dr. Ben-Elazar also received advanced training in behavioral management techniques, including oral sedation, IV sedation, and general anesthesia. Although she enjoyed watching beautiful Naples sunsets, she always knew she would return home to the east coast of Florida to give back to her local community. Dr. Ben-Elaza is fluent in Hebrew, proficient in American Sign Language Finger Spell, and has a basic understanding of Spanish.
