Dr. Jonathan Alvarez is a dedicated general dentist who has created and maintained beautiful smiles for his patients since 2013. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Stetson University in DeLand, FL, before graduating from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Originally from Bradenton, Florida, Dr. Alvarez enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children. Whether it's a beach trip or a theme park, he values quality time with his loved ones and creating lifelong memories. Dr. Alvarez is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to provide excellent care to patients from diverse backgrounds. He treats all his patients like family, prioritizing their comfort and satisfaction. Dr. Armando Ortega is a dedicated dental professional who earned his Diploma of Odontologist from Universidad de Los Andes in Mérida, Venezuela, where he studied from 1969 to 1974. With decades of experience in dentistry, he has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to providing exceptional care to his patients. His expertise and dedication to oral health have allowed him to make a lasting impact on the lives of those he serves, fostering trust and confidence in his care. Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Ortega is a devoted father of two sons and a proud grandfather of three. An avid traveler, he enjoys exploring the world, with Spain and Italy standing out as his favorite destinations. He finds great joy in immersing himself in different cultures and experiencing the rich history and traditions of the places he visits. In addition to his passion for travel, he is an active member of the NRA and spends his time at the range, where he also serves as an instructor. His enthusiasm for marksmanship and firearm safety reflects his dedication to discipline, focus, and continuous learning. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Dr. Ortega values connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, both in his professional practice and personal life. Dr. Peter Azer, DDS, is a highly qualified and experienced dentist serving the local community. He received his dental degree from Ain Shams School of Dentistry in 2007 and completed an advanced education residency at NYU. In addition, he has served as faculty and clinical faculty at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. As a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and West Coast Dental Association, Dr. Azer stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry. He is also committed to serving his community through participation in health fairs and charity dental clinics. Dr. Azer enjoys traveling with his wife and fishing in his free time. His ultimate goal is to make his patients feel confident and happy with their teeth, which improves their overall well-being and quality of life. He is fluent in English, Arabic, and conversational in Spanish.

Dr. Neil De Peralto is a proud graduate of an Ivy League Dental School, the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated in 2001 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Driven by the pursuit of offering the most advanced dental treatments, he went on to study orthodontics at Howard University, graduating in 2006 with an orthodontic specialty certificate. Dr. De Peralto’s interest in Orthodontics began when he was an orthodontic patient in high school. This experience fueled his passion for pursuing dentistry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to Sage and loves creating beautiful smiles for his patients.

Dr. Mobeen Alvi, an Endodontist who specializes in root canals. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Molecular Biology. He received his dental training at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. He completed his residency and advanced specialty training in Endodontics from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Alvi has performed over 10,000 successful root canal procedures using the surgical operating microscope. He has spent his career providing patients with exceptional compassionate care. The thought of a root canal can cause fear and anxiety. However, Dr. Alvi takes his time to listen his patients to understand their previous dental experiences to ensure the procedure is performed as comfortably and as painlessly as possible. Dr. Alvi holds memberships in the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), Florida Association of Endodontists (FAE) and the American Dental Association (ADA). Dr. Alvi is married to his beautiful wife of over 10 years and they have 3 children together. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and he is an avid snowboarder. He roots for the Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles and the Orlando Magic!

Dr. Spiro John Pantzoulas is a highly skilled and experienced dentist for Sage Dental. He received his dental degree from a reputable dental school and has been practicing dentistry for several years. Dr. Pantzoulas is committed to providing his patients the highest level of care. He takes a patient-centered approach, working closely with each patient to understand their needs and goals. He is passionate about helping his patients achieve optimal oral health and beautiful smiles and is known for his compassionate and caring demeanor. Dr. Pantzoulas is well-versed in various dental procedures such as general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and orthodontics. He also provides teeth cleaning, fillings, crowns, bridges, and dental implants. He is skilled in providing cosmetic dental treatments such as teeth whitening and veneers. In addition to his commitment to patient care, Dr. Pantzoulas is also dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest advances in dental technology and techniques. He is a member of the American Dental Association and regularly attends continuing education courses to ensure that he provides the best possible care to his patients. When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Pantzoulas enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and staying active through running and swimming.

Dr. Juan Valencia is a highly skilled periodontist with a passion for providing exceptional dental care. Originally from Cali, Colombia, he moved to Puerto Rico with his family at the age of thirteen. Driven by his dedication to dentistry, he completed his high school education in Puerto Rico and pursued his undergraduate and dental studies at the prestigious University of Puerto Rico. In 2018, Dr. Valencia graduated as a dentist and embarked on a new chapter in Wisconsin, where he participated in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at Marquette School of Dentistry. During this intensive program, he honed his skills and gained valuable experience in various aspects of dentistry. After completing the AEGD program, Dr. Valencia worked as a general dentist in Madison, Wisconsin, for a year. However, his passion for providing specialized care led him to pursue a career in periodontology. Following his ambition, he was fortunate enough to be accepted into Marquette's prestigious three-year Periodontics program. Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Valencia has a deep love for sports. "Futbol" (soccer) holds a special place in his heart, but he also enjoys basketball and football. In his leisure time, he can be found dancing merengue and salsa, showcasing his vibrant personality and love for Latin culture. During the summer, he delights in grilling Puerto Rican "pinchos" (skewers), creating memorable moments with family and friends. Dr. Juan Valencia is thrilled to be a part of the Sage Dental family, where he can combine his expertise and passion to provide exceptional periodontal care to his patients.
