Originally from Maryland, Dr. Shaili Shah recently relocated to Florida with her husband and is excited to become part of the local community. She is a compassionate general dentist who is dedicated to providing personalized care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Dr. Shah enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interests in restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Shah believes that building trust begins with listening closely to her patients and understanding their individual concerns and goals. She takes the time to explain treatment options clearly and help patients feel informed and confident about their dental health. Her goal is to create a calm, supportive experience while developing treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Committed to continuing her education, Dr. Shah is expanding her skills in areas including endodontics, clear aligner therapy, and implant dentistry. She is passionate about providing comprehensive care and staying current with advances in dentistry so she can offer her patients thoughtful, individualized treatment.

Outside of the office, Dr. Shah enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and exploring new places. She is always happy to hear a great restaurant recommendation and looks forward to discovering new favorites in her Florida community.

Dr. Shawna DeGrange is a dedicated orthodontist committed to creating healthy, beautiful smiles. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL, before continuing her education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where she obtained her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD). Dr. DeGrange then pursued specialized training at Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics, earning her orthodontic certificate and Master of Science in Dentistry.

With a passion for patient-centered care, Dr. DeGrange stays at the forefront of the latest advancements in orthodontics to provide personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. She takes pride in helping patients of all ages achieve confident, lasting smiles through state-of-the-art orthodontic techniques.

Outside of the office, Dr. DeGrange enjoys spending time with her family, taking beach walks and bike rides, and catching every sunset she can. She hopes to inspire light and happiness in others’ lives—something she believes always starts with a smile. Dr. DeGrange is proud to serve her community and looks forward to making a positive impact on her patients’ lives.

Dr. Bhavin Trivedi is a dedicated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, currently in Jacksonville, Florida. His range of specialty surgical services offered to the community includes, but is not limited to, dentoalveolar surgery (extractions), bone grafting, dental implants, and pre-prosthetic surgery, surgical and non-surgical management of Temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD), Oral pathology, and jaw reconstructive surgery under intravenous sedation and general anesthesia.

Dr. Trivedi obtained his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology/Biotechnology with the highest honors, graduating as a Valedictorian from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduating from dental school, he began his career as an active-duty Naval Officer. During his one-year comprehensive General Practice Residency (GPR) at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, his professional focus shifted. His exposure to the facial surgical rehabilitation of servicemembers injured in combat sparked his profound passion for pursuing the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

His Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training was conducted at the prestigious Baylor University Medical Center/Texas A&M Health Science Center in Dallas, TX. This rigorous residency included demanding rotations in General Surgery and Anesthesia (both pediatric and adult). Dr. Trivedi also demonstrated a strong commitment to academic advancement, serving as the primary author on two surgical publications in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, focusing on critical topics such as facial trauma and the surgical management of TMD.

Dr. Trivedi is passionate about patient care and dedicated to his patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care, with a focus on functional recovery and aesthetic results. He speaks English, Spanish, Gujarati, and Hindi, allowing him to engage with a diverse patient base. Outside of work, Dr. Trivedi enjoys spending time with his family, including two busy toddlers. If he is not practicing dentistry, you can likely find him working in the yard or trying to squeeze in a round of golf.

Helping patients feel comfortable and confident during treatment is at the heart of Dr. Holly Park-Nah’s approach to care. As an endodontist, she is known for her meticulous technique, gentle demeanor, and commitment to delivering precise, high-quality treatment in a supportive environment. Fluent in both English and Korean, Dr. Park-Nah enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds and ensuring they feel informed throughout their care.

Dr. Park-Nah earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. She went on to complete her specialty training in Endodontics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, earning her certificate in 2002.

With decades of clinical experience, Dr. Park-Nah has cared for a diverse patient population and remains committed to providing exceptional endodontic care through a patient-centered approach focused on comfort, trust, and lasting outcomes. She also served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, reflecting her dedication to education and lifelong learning.
