Dr. Marcellous K. Stansberry is a dedicated and compassionate Dentist with several years of experience in providing high quality dentistry. Focusing primarily on cosmetic and general dentistry, Dr. Stansberry is committed to helping patients achieve optimal health and comfort in a friendly environment. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College, he pursued advanced training in implant dentistry and orthodontic clear aligners as well as digital dentistry to stay at the forefront of modern dental techniques and restorative procedures.  

As an active member of the American Dental Association and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr. Stansberry is known for precision, professionalism and a gentle touch. With a patient centered approach, Dr. Stansberry emphasizes on the importance of preventive dental care and personalized treatment for long lasting and healthy smiles.  

Dr. Stansberry enjoys traveling, hiking, jogging and community outreach. As a native Tennessean, Dr. Stansberry serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the school system in his hometown of Memphis Tennessee. This directly mirrors his values in encouraging the youth and educating them on the importance of education and professionalism, especially in underserved areas. 

Dr. John Jafarian, Sage Dental

John Jafarian, DDS

Periodontist

Dr. John Jafarian received his Dental Degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. After receiving his D.D.S. he trained for three more years as a resident at the University of Tennessee at Memphis, and received his Master’s and Specialty Degree in Periodontics and Dental Implants. He has advanced training in IV Sedation and was a clinical instructor in the Periodontology department undergraduate clinic.

Dr. Jafarian believes that, “Dentistry is a customer-oriented business, so not only the quality of the treatment but also the satisfaction of the patients is very important. My experiences and training have prepared me to be a successful Periodontist and I am excited to work for an organization that aligns with my focus – to provide compassionate periodontal care by creating a comfortable and caring atmosphere for my patients.”

Dr. Jafarian is married and they have one son. In his free time, Dr. Jafarian enjoys traveling abroad.
