Dr. Cherie Gu graduated from Emory University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She attended and received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 2016. Dr. Gu became interested in g a dentist because her father had poor dental health and no access to treatment. This fueled her passion for promoting a healthy smile and her desire to break down barriers that prevent care. Dr. Gu is native to Alabama but is happily settled in the Atlanta area with her husband and one-year-old son. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and explore foodie options in the city. She is fluent in English and Chinese.

Dr. Jarred A. Graham, a native of Decatur, Georgia, is a highly accomplished dentist dedicated to providing exceptional oral healthcare and promoting proper oral hygiene. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tennessee State University and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College in 2022. Driven by his commitment to excellence, Dr. Graham completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at the University of Tennessee. With a passion for patient education, Dr. Graham empowers individuals by emphasizing the significance of maintaining proper oral hygiene. He believes in delivering top-quality care through a combination of extensive knowledge, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail. As an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr. Graham stays abreast of the latest advancements in the field and remains dedicated to continuous professional growth. Returning to his hometown of Atlanta, Dr. Graham is thrilled to serve the community once again. Beyond his professional pursuits, he cherishes spending quality time with his 9-year-old daughter, indulging in his love for travel, and exploring new culinary experiences. Dr. Graham's commitment to exceptional dental care and his warm and personable nature make him a trusted and compassionate oral healthcare professional.

Dr. Sheerin Yusuf started her formal education in dentistry at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Karnataka, India. When she moved to the United States, she attended Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and graduated Summa cum Laude in 2002 with her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in 2002 with Advanced Standing Student status. She went on to study and receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2009 and completed a Residency in Endodontics until 2011. Adept at research, Dr. Yusuf completed formal analysis in a ‘comparative study to determine the efficiency of variable taper and constant taper rotary files during the cleaning and shaping of the root canal system in teeth with mild, moderate, and severe curvatures.’ In 2011 she completed another formal research study, which provided “A Comparison of Apical Transportation among NiTi constant taper rotary files, M-Wire NiTi files, and stainless steel files in a reciprocating handpiece.” Dr. Yusuf is a member of the American Association of Endodontists and the American Dental Association. When not practicing her passion for dentistry, Dr. Yusuf enjoys reading, swimming, hiking with friends and family, and spending time with her four kids and husband. She speaks English, Hindi, Kannada, and Urdu.

Introducing Dr. Adam Merriam, a highly accomplished Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with a passion for delivering exceptional care and a dedication to continuous learning and innovation. Dr. Merriam's educational journey began at NYU College of Dentistry, where he graduated from Dental School in 2008. He then honed his skills and knowledge through a General Practice Residency at North Shore University Hospital in 2009, followed by an intensive Oral and Maxillofacial Residency at Montefiore Medical Center, which he completed in 2014. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Merriam has earned a reputation as a skilled Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. His expertise encompasses dental implants and bone reconstructive surgery, with a keen focus on incorporating the latest advancements in his practice. Dr. Merriam's commitment to excellence and staying at the forefront of his field is evident through his active membership in professional organizations, including AAMOS, the ADA (American Dental Association), and the Georgia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. His dedication to his craft extends to his active participation in dental research and his commitment to ongoing education. He attends over 100 hours of continuing dental and medical education annually. Outside the operating room and lecture halls, Dr. Merriam enjoys pursuing his passions. He finds exhilaration on the slopes while skiing, immerses himself in the vibrant world of live music, and cherishes quality time spent with his loving wife and two children.
