"Dr. Ricardo Chang is a certified specialist in orthodontics and has been creating perfect smiles for many years. Dr. Chang migrated from Jamaica to Miami, Florida, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Florida International University. Dr. Chang graduated top of his class with his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Howard University. After that, he completed a General Practice Residency at Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Chang received his specialty certification in orthodontics after two years of intensive training at the University of Colorado Denver School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Chang is committed to staying on the cutting edge of the latest advancements in orthodontics and has completed advanced certification in Invisalign, training in iBraces (Incognito braces), Damon System self-ligating orthodontic appliances, and temporary anchorage devices (miniscrews). Dr. Chang understands that orthodontics is a changing field, with new research and techniques being developed all the time. To provide the best and most innovative care available, he attends continuing education courses annually throughout the country. Dr. Adam Schuessler is a board-certified, dual-degree Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Florida. Dr. Schuessler completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida. He continued his training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Afterward, Dr. Schuessler trained at Kings County Hospital Center / SUNY Downstate Medical center for six years. During his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Schuessler performed various surgical procedures, such as dentoalveolar & 3rd molar surgery, IV sedation, advanced bone grafting, maxillofacial trauma and dental implants. Dr. Schuessler continues to attend multiple national courses to stay up to date with the latest information and advances in oral surgery & implant dentistry. After completing his residency training, Dr. Schuessler wanted to provide the highest standard of care to his patients. He became board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The board certification process is a very demanding two-year process that includes a rigorous written qualifying exam followed by a comprehensive oral examination. This achievement demonstrates that a surgeon has achieved the highest level of clinical proficiency and knowledge in the field.

Dr. Michael E. Newman is a highly qualified and experienced endodontist with 15 years of experience in the field. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and has dedicated his career to specializing in the treatment of diseases and injuries of the tooth pulp and surrounding tissue. Dr. Newman is known for his expertise in the latest endodontic techniques and technologies and is committed to providing his patients the highest level of care. He takes a patient-centered approach, working closely with each patient to understand their individual needs and goals. He is dedicated to helping his patients achieve optimal oral health and relieve their dental pain, and he is known for his compassionate and caring demeanor. Dr. Brian Gross graduated from the Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 1995 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He pursued dentistry because he loves to help people and bring smiles into their world. He had a thriving dental practice in Boca Raton before joining the Sage Dental team of dentists. Dr. Gross is a member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association. He is a massive fan of the Florida Panthers hockey team and enjoys attending games as often as possible. He is looking forward to continuing his passion for helping people and bringing more smiles to the world with Sage Dental.

Dr. Urgiles is a passionate and dedicated pediatric dentist committed to providing exceptional dental care to children and ensuring their dental experiences are positive. Dr. Urgiles is a South Florida native earning her Bachelors in Chemistry from Florida International Univesity. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University and completed her speciality in pediatric dentistry at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. This intensive program equipped her with the knowledge and skills to address the dental health needs of infants, children, adolescents and the special healthcare need population. As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Urgiles firmly believes in making dentistry a fun and approachable experience for children and their families. She empowers young patients by involving them in their dental treatment decisions. She recognizes that children have a voice and that their comfort and preferences should be respected. When not at the clinic, Dr. Urgiles enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring outdoor activities, and spending time at the beach. She believes that creating a positive and enjoyable environment extends beyond the dental office, and she encourages children to maintain healthy oral habits at home.

Dr. Alex Margolis graduated from the prestigious University of Florida and further pursued his studies at the esteemed University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. His journey continued with medical school at New York University, and he excelled during his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at New York University and Bellevue Hospital Center. Dr. Margolis demonstrated his commitment to serving the less fortunate and our honored veterans at the Manhattan VA hospital throughout his residency. As a proud member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association, he remains dedicated to staying at the forefront of his field. Dr. Margolis takes pride in maintaining multiple certifications, including Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support. He is particularly passionate about various aspects of oral surgery, such as dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, benign pathology removal, facial trauma care, and providing general anesthesia to ensure his patients' utmost comfort. What sets Dr. Margolis apart is his exceptional medical expertise and his empathetic and caring nature. He genuinely strives to alleviate his patients' pain and anxiety. Even under the most challenging circumstances, he remains composed, which greatly reassures and comforts his patients. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Margolis enjoys spending quality time with his beloved family.
