Lauren Fey, DMD
General DentistDr. Lauren Fey is a general dentist who brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to patient care. She values building trust through clear communication and focuses on providing care that supports long-term oral health and overall well-being. Her interest in dentistry began early, growing up in her father’s dental practice, where she gained firsthand exposure to patient care and the dental profession.
Dr. Fey completed her undergraduate studies in New York, earning a degree in geography and agricultural sciences. She later moved to Miami, Florida, where she completed a biomedical master’s program before earning her dental degree from the Midwestern College of Dental Medicine in Chicago in 2016.
She began her dental career practicing in West Texas and, after seven years, relocated to Tennessee to continue caring for patients and communities. Dr. Fey approaches dentistry with an appreciation for balance, wellness, and individualized care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Fey enjoys music, art, gardening, nutrition, and wellness. She also spends her free time riding her motorcycle and exploring the natural beauty of Eastern Tennessee.
Kevin Shepherd, DMD
PeriodontistDr. Kevin Shepherd is a dedicated periodontist committed to helping patients restore function and confidence through thoughtful treatment planning and a supportive, respectful approach. He provides patient-centered care with a focus on comfort, clear communication, and long-term oral health.
Dr. Shepherd completed his specialty training in periodontics at the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. Originally from Georgia, he has relocated to East Tennessee, where he continues to care for patients and be part of the local community.
His clinical focus includes dental implants, bone grafting, gum grafting, and laser-assisted treatment for periodontal disease. Dr. Shepherd uses modern techniques to support effective, predictable outcomes while prioritizing patient comfort throughout care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Shepherd enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. He stays active through running and biking and enjoys following sports. He is also involved in coaching youth sports, reflecting his commitment to family, community, and mentorship.
Reanna Wicker, DDS
General DentistDr. Reanna Wicker is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each patient’s individual needs. She believes dentistry is about more than treating teeth — it is about building trust, improving confidence, and helping patients feel comfortable and cared for at every visit. Dr. Wicker values creating positive experiences through personalized care and open communication.
As a general dentist, Dr. Wicker earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry before relocating to Tennessee, where she has practiced since the beginning of her career. She enjoys serving the East Tennessee community and values the lasting relationships she builds with her patients.
Committed to continuing education, Dr. Wicker regularly pursues advanced training to stay current with the latest techniques and technology in dentistry.
