Martin Roberson, DDS
General DentistDr. Martin Roberson is a general dentist who provides compassionate, patient-centered care with a strong focus on service and community. Growing up in a household where his father was a pastor and his mother a registered nurse, he developed an early appreciation for helping others and the value of hard work. He is committed to creating a supportive environment where patients feel respected, informed, and comfortable.
Dr. Roberson earned his undergraduate degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2002, where he was also recognized as a Rousseve Scholar. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 2006, graduating in the top 10 of his class. Following dental school, he served three years in the United States Air Force, where he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi.
He is actively involved in community service and regularly volunteers at the Volunteer Ministry Center, providing dental care such as fillings, extractions, and dentures to patients in need. In recognition of his service, he was named WRJZ Radio Volunteer of the Year in 2016 for his contributions to the Knoxville community.
Outside of the office, Dr. Roberson enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. He also enjoys running, bowling, attending sporting events, and traveling.

Kevin Shepherd, DMD
PeriodontistDr. Kevin Shepherd is a dedicated periodontist committed to helping patients restore function and confidence through thoughtful treatment planning and a supportive, respectful approach. He provides patient-centered care with a focus on comfort, clear communication, and long-term oral health.
Dr. Shepherd completed his specialty training in periodontics at the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. Originally from Georgia, he has relocated to East Tennessee, where he continues to care for patients and be part of the local community.
His clinical focus includes dental implants, bone grafting, gum grafting, and laser-assisted treatment for periodontal disease. Dr. Shepherd uses modern techniques to support effective, predictable outcomes while prioritizing patient comfort throughout care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Shepherd enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. He stays active through running and biking and enjoys following sports. He is also involved in coaching youth sports, reflecting his commitment to family, community, and mentorship.
